Overview

At NewDynamics Technologies, we value transparency and fairness in all our engagements. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request cancellations or refunds for our IT services.

Cancellations

  • Service Agreements: Clients may cancel ongoing service agreements by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.

  • Project-Based Work: For fixed-scope projects, cancellations are allowed before project commencement. Once work has started, cancellations are subject to partial charges based on completed milestones.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are considered only if:

    • The service has not yet commenced.

    • Deliverables are not provided as per agreed scope.

    • Technical problems due to 3rd party issue which is preventing service delivery and cannot be resolved.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Setup fees, consultation charges, or third-party licensing costs.

    • Work already completed or delivered.

  • Partial Refunds: If a project is canceled mid-way, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.

Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by client-side dependencies (e.g., late feedback, missing inputs).

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) may affect service delivery but do not qualify for refunds.
